Recurring Maintenance Visits
Scheduled visits for an agreed list of routine tasks, minor adjustments and general upkeep around the home.
Brannen Services provides routine, recurring and seasonal home maintenance for homeowners in Panama City Beach, Panama City and surrounding Bay County communities.
Home maintenance is usually not one giant project. It is a filter that needs changing, a drain line that needs attention, exterior webs that keep returning and a handful of minor repairs that have quietly formed their own committee.
We can combine suitable tasks into one scheduled visit or build a recurring maintenance plan around the needs of the property.
Services can be scheduled individually or grouped into a recurring visit when the tasks and property are a good fit.

Replacement of accessible customer-supplied filters, or filters added to the estimate when size and availability are confirmed.
Basic checking and maintenance of accessible gravity-drain condensate lines. HVAC diagnosis, repair and system service are excluded.
A hose-and-wand rinse for accessible spider webs, insects and loose exterior debris. This is not pressure washing or restoration cleaning.
Door adjustments, loose hardware, accessible battery changes, minor caulking, vent-cover fastening and similar small maintenance items.
Selected preparation and reset tasks before or after seasonal use. Hurricane shutter and storm-panel services are quoted separately.
Send the property location, photos and a list of the maintenance items you want handled.
We identify what is included, what materials are needed and whether the work should be one-time, seasonal or recurring.
The approved work is completed during the scheduled visit, and additional issues are quoted separately rather than quietly turning into surprise charges.
Brannen Services does not advertise certified home inspections, property management, emergency response, HVAC repair, electrical repair, plumbing repair, roof repair, mold remediation or pest-control treatment.
When a maintenance visit reveals a problem outside handyman scope, we document what was found and recommend contacting the appropriate licensed trade.
Pricing depends on the task list, visit frequency, number of systems or filters, property access, required materials, ladder work and whether additional repairs are requested.
