The full maintenance list, filter sizes, visit frequency, property access details and whether the service is one-time, seasonal or recurring.

The number of window and door openings, panel storage location, labeling condition, hardware photos and whether installation, removal or both are needed.

Not Every Request Falls Within Handyman Scope
Work requiring a licensed electrician, plumber, HVAC contractor, roofer, pest-control operator, mold remediator or general contractor is excluded unless the appropriate professional is separately involved.
When the project is outside Brannen Services’ legal, insurance or equipment limits, we will say so instead of discovering courage halfway through the job.
